Hi! I'm Irina and I have been working in Learning and Development since 2011. 

 

I train, I facilitate, I create and curate eLearning content, I design websites and produce whiteboard videos and animations, I coach and mentor, I develop leaders and their teams, I motivate people, and I also do all the (boring) administrative tasks in between. But what I actually do is

I believe that everyone has the potential to deliver ‘greatness’ on a daily basis, regardless of their experience, industry they work in or organisation size. I believe that great performance begins with creating the right mindset.

 

I want to be the best in L&D. What is "the best"? It's developing people into leaders, challenging the status quo and making others to challenge it too, igniting the spark within to create and help the world... or as smarter people have said:
